At Leazy Learn, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI Study Platform. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing a premium subscription.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Premium Plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, email support@leazylearn.com with your registered email and payment receipt.

2. Conditions for Refund

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You have exceeded the 7-day guarantee period.
• You have generated more than 50 AI mock tests or consumed massive GPU bandwidth.
• Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Settings. Cancellation prevents your card from being charged for the next billing cycle. You will retain premium access until the end of your current cycle.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
